During The Site Walk, We:
• Carry out bulk assessments of your entire fleet

Who Benefits The Most?

Large Fleet Operations – Get a complete picture of your fleet’s condition in a single visit, helping you plan maintenance budgets and prevent minor damage from escalating into major repairs.

Lease Vehicle Management – Avoid those nasty surprises at end-of-hire inspections. Regular site walks help you identify and address damage before lease returns, potentially saving thousands in unexpected charges.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a site walk take?

That depends on the size of your fleet, but we’re efficient. For a typical fleet of 20-30 vehicles, expect us to be on-site for around 2-3 hours. We’ll give you a better estimate when you book, based on your fleet size and the level of assessment you need.

Do our vehicles need to be in a specific location?

Not at all. We’ll work with whatever setup you have – whether your vehicles are parked in a yard, across multiple bays, or in a car park. We just need safe access to walk around each vehicle.

Is there really no charge for the site walk and estimates?

Absolutely no charge. The site walk, vehicle assessments, and written estimates are completely free with no obligation to proceed with any repairs. We want you to have all the information you need to make informed decisions about your fleet.

What happens after the site walk?

Within 48 hours of the visit, you’ll receive a detailed report covering every vehicle we assessed. This includes photographs of any damage, descriptions of the issues, and individual repair estimates. You then decide what gets repaired, when, and by whom – there’s no pressure from us.

Can you work around our operational hours?

Yes, that’s the whole point. Whether you need us early morning, late evening, weekends, or during night shifts, we’ll arrange a time that works for your business. Just let us know when most of your vehicles are typically onsite.

Do we have to get all repairs done at once?

Not at all. Many of our fleet clients prioritise repairs based on urgency or budget availability. You might fix lease vehicles first, or address safety-related damage immediately while scheduling cosmetic repairs for quieter periods. It’s entirely up to you.

What areas do you cover?

Anywhere in the East Midlands region.

What if we only want certain vehicles assessed?

That’s fine. Some clients ask us to focus on lease vehicles approaching return dates, or specific vehicle types. Just let us know your priorities when booking.

Can you provide regular site walks?

Definitely. Many fleet managers schedule quarterly or bi-annual site walks to keep on top of vehicle condition. We can set up a regular schedule that works for your fleet management cycle.

What type of damage can you identify and repair?

We assess and repair all body damage – from minor scrapes and dents to more significant collision damage. This includes bumper scuffs, scratches, paintwork damage, minor dents, and cosmetic issues that might trigger lease return charges.

Do you repair vehicles onsite?

While we conduct assessments onsite, repairs are typically completed at our workshop to ensure the highest-quality finish. However, for minor cosmetic work, we can discuss mobile repair options.

What if vehicles are added to our fleet between site walks?

Just give us a call. We can either add new vehicles to your next scheduled site walk or arrange an additional visit if you need assessments sooner.
